Where the jobs are
West Chester is one of the region's biggest job centers. GE Aerospace, UC Health's West Chester Hospital, Cornerstone, SanMar and Procter & Gamble all have major sites here, so many residents commute only a few minutes.
Right on I-75
I-75 runs through the township, with I-275 just to the south. Downtown Cincinnati, Dayton and the airport are all an easy drive.
Union Centre & The Streets
The Square at Union Centre hosts free Thursday-night concerts. Nearby, The Streets of West Chester has an 18-screen AMC, Topgolf and Main Event, and IKEA is down the road.
History on the air
The National Voice of America Museum of Broadcasting sits in the WWII-era relay station that broadcast news across Europe. The land around it is now VOA MetroPark.

Getting outside in West Chester
Township parks plus a MetroPark, with trails, a stocked lake, a splash pad and room for every sport.
Voice of America MetroPark
435 acres with a 35-acre stocked lake, nine miles of trails, the Wiggly Field dog park, a cricket field and the Chill Hill sledding hill.
Beckett Park
150 acres in the Union Centre area, home to the largest free splash pad in Ohio and the historic 1881 Muhlhauser Barn.
Keehner Park
123 acres along the Mill Creek, with ball fields, tennis, trails, an amphitheater for summer concerts and the restored 1833 Cabin in the Clearing.
The Square @ Union Centre
A three-acre town green with a stage, fountains and an 80-foot clock tower. Free concerts every summer Thursday.

West Chester schools
Most of West Chester Township is served by Lakota Local Schools, which runs two high schools, Lakota East and Lakota West. Some parts of the township fall in the Princeton City and Mason City school districts instead.
